DIOStart dough starter from DIOSNA provides a uniform quality of your starter and a rich taste. Depending on how you set the mixing parameters, these cultures will give the product an aromatic, pronounced bread flavor or, with careful mixing, provide increased gas formation. In the second case, it will be possible to significantly reduce the amount of yeast added, and with appropriate adjustment of the process parameters, it will be possible to completely abandon yeast.
